Account Receivable Specialist

About the role

Fal is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of accounts receivable and build scalable financial processes. This role involves overseeing invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while partnering with Sales and Operations to ensure revenue operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate will replace manual processes with automated systems to improve cash flow and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run the full Account Receivable lifecycle including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Monitor aging reports and manage collections to reduce DSO and speed up cash flow
• Build and maintain relationships with customer AP teams to resolve payment delays
• Design and execute collection strategies and automate outreach using collections tools
• Partner with Finance leadership to improve AR processes, reporting, and internal controls
• Prepare weekly AR aging and collections reports for leadership
• Support month-end close and audit documentation requirements

Qualifications
