About the role

The fitbox brand group is a leading EMS fitness studio chain and multi-brand franchise group. We are seeking a proactive accounting specialist to join our team in Berlin-Mitte to support our accounts payable and receivable functions. You will play a key role in managing financial workflows, optimizing processes, and contributing to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire invoice process including download, formal verification, booking, and digital archiving.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain creditor accounts including supplier communication.
• Process daily incoming payments and direct debit returns.
• Manage B2B dunning processes for franchise and network partners.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Actively design accounting workflows and assist in the implementation of new digital tools.
