Claims Handler

About the role

Insify is looking for a Claims Handler to manage business insurance and disability claims while actively shaping the future of the claims process. You will work with a direct mandate and a small team to handle liability and inventory claims, while also contributing to the development of automated systems and AI-driven fraud detection. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational processes and improve the customer experience through technology.

Responsibilities

• Intake, processing, and settlement of business claims including liability, inventory, and goods.
• Conducting intakes for disability claims and handling objections.
• Maintaining direct contact with experts, lawyers, and insurers.
• Advising and supporting customers through the claims process.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve products and acceptance processes based on claim insights.
• Contributing to the automation of repetitive tasks and the implementation of AI and fraud detection tools.
