Claims Analyst

About the role

As a Claims Analyst at Insify, you will be responsible for the intake, handling, and settlement of business insurance claims, including liability and disability (AOV) cases. Beyond traditional claims management, you will actively contribute to process optimization, AI training, and the development of a scalable claims platform for European markets. You will work within a small, autonomous team to build an innovative, technology-driven approach to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Intake, treatment, and settlement of insurance claims
• Handling disability (AOV) claim intakes and objection procedures
• Supporting customers with empathy and expertise
• Liaising with experts, lawyers, insurers, and reinsurers
• Contributing to process optimization, AI training, and automation initiatives
• Building an innovative claims approach for multiple European countries
