Product Designer

About the role

Geordie AI is seeking a Product Designer to help shape the future of enterprise AI agent governance and visibility. You will join a small, embedded design team to own end-to-end product experiences, contribute to the design system, and collaborate directly with engineers to solve complex problems for expert users. This role offers the opportunity to define design foundations at an early-stage company while working closely with customers to build trustworthy, high-impact tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of core product experiences, from early concept through to shipped and iterated.
• Help build the design system, including tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.
• Contribute to the company brand by evolving visual language, illustration, and assets.
• Lead customer discovery and research, including running interviews and identifying patterns.
• Work directly with customers to test thinking and close the loop between insight and product.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, including pairing, reviewing, and using AI tools to prototype.
