Senior Product Designer

About the role

Skalar is building a digital tax consultancy that leverages AI to automate repetitive tasks and simplify complex tax processes. As a Senior Product Designer, you will design end-to-end customer journeys and internal tools that enable seamless collaboration between clients, the tax team, and AI systems. You will work directly with founders, product management, and engineering to shape the future of tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end service blueprints and customer journeys from onboarding to tax filing.
• Define interfaces for human-in-the-loop AI workflows to ensure efficient and error-free processing.
• Translate complex tax information into intuitive user experiences for clients.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with both clients and internal teams.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and maintain the company design system.
• Collaborate with engineering through to release and measure design impact via key metrics.

Qualifications
