Lead Product Designer - Agentic AI

About the role

Pigment is seeking a Lead Product Designer to define and design agentic AI experiences for our business planning platform. You will lead a team of designers to research user needs, shape product roadmaps, and create end-to-end user experiences that align with company objectives. This role involves building a design vision and fostering a strong design culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end design process from problem definition to production delivery
• Conduct exploratory research, create user journey maps, identify insights to inform your team’s scope and make better design decisions
• Turn complicated and technical requirements into easy to follow user-centered stories
• Conceptualize and design innovative solutions
• Develop highly functional user experience and stunning user interfaces
• Conduct usability testing to learn from our users and build stronger design solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmap
• Advocate for design best practices across the organization
• Ensure excellent design quality in everything your team is delivering
• Mentor and provide guidance to the designers working with you in your team’s scope
• Identify new opportunities, lead your own initiatives to positively impact the Pigment platform and organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B software
• Experience designing agentic AI experiences
