AI Product Builder

About the role

The AI Product Builder will conceptualize and implement new features for a leading sales-recruiting platform using modern AI coding agents. This role combines product design, UX/UI expertise, and technical understanding to drive the end-to-end development of digital features. You will work in a dynamic startup environment to improve user experience and platform functionality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize new features and continuously develop existing areas of the platform.
• Design intuitive, modern, and consistent user interfaces for companies and sales professionals.
• Implement features and improvements independently using AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Manage features from initial idea through conception to final, usable results.
• Analyze user flows to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for improved efficiency.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and usability.
