Staff Product Designer

About the role

As a Staff Product Designer, you will be the first designer in the London office, tackling complex product challenges and setting high standards for design quality. You will partner with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, clarify ambiguous problems, and deliver exceptional interaction and visual design. This hands-on role requires a designer who can balance product strategy with high-level craft to drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across multiple product areas, creating coherence across complex workflows and experiences.
• Shape product strategy by framing hard problems, influencing roadmaps, and turning ambiguity into practical solutions.
• Set and raise the bar for design craft, accessibility, and usability across the product.
• Partner with product and engineering to make smart tradeoffs that protect the experience while shipping quickly.
• Explore new product directions, from zero-to-one concepts to scaled launches.
• Implement new ways of working with AI to produce better design outcomes faster.
• Help make the company a destination for exceptional design talent in London.
