Deployment Strategist

About the role

Frontier Health is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the end-to-end journey of deploying AI co-workers within healthcare organizations. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, navigating complex governance and integration processes, and ensuring the successful adoption of AI solutions to improve administrative workflows. This role acts as the primary bridge between customer needs and the internal product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment process from contract signature to live, embedded AI co-worker adoption
• Navigate complex customer environments including governance, clinical safety, IT integration, and procurement
• Act as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor to stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to the C-suite
• Translate deep understanding of customer workflows into deployment scope, sequencing, and strategic decisions
• Drive product adoption, measure impact, and identify opportunities for account expansion
• Synthesize field insights to directly influence product development and engineering priorities
