Senior/Staff Product Manager - Growth

About the role

The Senior or Staff Product Manager for Growth will lead a squad focused on discovering, validating, and shipping products to expand into the upmarket segment of VC funds and private equity managers. This is a greenfield role requiring the ability to identify target accounts, prototype solutions, and drive commercial outcomes from zero to one. You will work closely with the commercial team to turn experiments into paid POCs and signed contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end to end including discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes
• Work closely with Commercial to identify target accounts and conduct discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping
• Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and determine product solutions to deliver high ROI
• Prototype solutions rapidly using team resources and AI tooling to validate ideas with prospects
• Run experiments to test hypotheses, killing unsuccessful projects quickly and scaling successful ones
• Convert prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts
• Lead a small team of engineers as a hands-on product manager
