Principal Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our European clients’ needs. You will work with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Take full ownership of the project/program timeline, proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery of projects by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee large-scale implementations by managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, and maintaining project timelines.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, expectations alignment, and regular updates.
• Independently handle project escalations, maintaining momentum and customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit advanced skills in managing nCino project plans and tooling, including task management, resource coordination, and milestone achievement.
• Provide comprehensive project status updates and risk assessments to peers and senior management.
• Mentor new employees, interact with leaders across departments, and lead by example.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on whitespace within programs to drive revenue for nCino.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations.
