About the role
White Circle is an AI safety company building the reliability and optimization layer for AI systems. The company is seeking a Multimodal ML Engineer to train and fine-tune large-scale multimodal models and build alignment pipelines. You will be responsible for designing experiments, optimizing models for production, and defining evaluation metrics for the product.
Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune large-scale multimodal models from scratch and from pretrained checkpoints.
- Design experiments, build multimodal data pipelines, and train MoE architectures.
- Build alignment pipelines including SFT, DPO, and GRPO.
- Optimize models for production through quantization, distillation, and streaming.
- Deploy end-to-end solutions and define evaluation metrics for the product.
