The Technical Delivery Lead will sit at the center of engineering execution, technical strategy, and machine learning innovation. This role combines leadership with hands-on development, guiding engineering squads to deliver complex AI-driven systems while contributing directly to architecture and high-complexity technical challenges. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform live sports data into immersive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering squads delivering complex AI-driven systems
• Contribute directly to architecture, Proof of Concepts, and high-complexity technical challenges
• Shape scalable ML pipelines for motion synthesis and trajectory prediction
• Prototype cloud-hosted inference services and review technical approaches
• Step into the codebase to unblock delivery
• Evolve engineering standards, delivery practices, and technical governance across the business
