Senior/Staff Machine Learning Data Scientist

About the role

Bayesian Health is seeking a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Data Scientist to develop and own end-to-end ML models that empower clinicians with real-time data. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and product teams to clarify specifications and ensure the real-world effectiveness of life-saving AI models. This role involves hands-on development, from prototyping and data mapping to deploying production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tune innovative ML models and labeler systems based on clinical use cases and state-of-the-art methods.
• Write production-grade Python code to implement and maintain ML models.
• Identify strategies for improving production ML systems and handle deployment and debugging.
• Analyze model performance and metrics to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
