About the role
The Senior Solutions Engineer will join a technical pre-sales team at a Series A R&D software company. This role involves helping science-driven organizations modernize their research and development workflows by connecting technical needs to platform solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own technical pre-sales engagements from initial demonstrations through value case development, technical evaluations, and pilot execution.
- Build tailored demonstrations, workshops, and pilots for prospect R&D workflows.
- Partner with sales colleagues and customer stakeholders to communicate value and support new business.
- Lead technical evaluations and present how digital tools can improve R&D data management and innovation.
- Mentor new graduate team members supporting technical evaluations.
- Write scripts and configure integrations to support prospect requirements.
