About the role

You will develop internal tools, services, and interfaces to support operational business processes. The role involves translating business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions, building prototypes and MVPs, and evolving them into stable, maintainable applications. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to optimize workflows and integrate systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications and services using Python.
• Translate operational business requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Identify automation and optimization potential within existing systems.
• Integrate systems using APIs, databases, and interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through clean, testable code, automated tests, and documentation.
