Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Senior Solutions Engineer is a member of the Saviynt Sales organization, responsible for collaborating with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions. This individual will provide expert knowledge to customers through technical discovery, RFP responses, and Proof of Concepts while mentoring other Solutions Engineers. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and involves significant travel across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions and workflows.
• Communicate solution value effectively to both business and technical audiences.
• Provide needs assessment, consultation, and technical support to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries.
• Prioritize and manage regional opportunities to drive them to closure.
• Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and marketing teams.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical execution.
