Head of Supply Chain

About the role

As Head of Supply Chain, you will own the end-to-end supply chain process, including purchasing, warehousing, and logistics across our European network. You will be responsible for managing assembly and refurbishment partners, overseeing ERP and warehouse management systems, and ensuring financial accuracy regarding parts consumption and asset usage. This role requires building a scalable supply chain organization while collaborating closely with Hardware, Finance, and Tech teams to support our urban mobility operations.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain end to end including purchasing, warehousing, stock keeping, and outbound logistics.
• Manage assembly and refurbishment partners and own bills of material.
• Serve as the business owner for ERP and warehouse management system implementation and execution.
• Design and implement operational processes, controls, and physical setups.
• Guide the company on supply-chain related financials such as transfer prices and landed cost allocation.
• Lead and grow a supply chain organization that scales across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years in a managerial supply chain or operations role
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports
• English at C1 level or above
