About the role
The Head of Global Logistics will take end-to-end ownership of warehousing and last-mile delivery across Australia, the US, the UK, and Europe, while guiding expansion into scaling markets like Canada. This role is responsible for elevating regional logistics foundations into a unified global strategy, sharpening commercial rigor, and setting a clear trajectory for the function to support the company's ambitious growth. You will lead a team of regional Logistics Managers and partner with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to drive operational excellence and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach established regional Logistics Managers and their teams across multiple global markets.
- Develop and implement a unified global logistics strategy that balances commercial rigor with sustainability goals.
- Oversee end-to-end warehousing and last-mile delivery operations across international regions.
- Partner with Finance to develop reporting architecture and identify cost drivers.
- Lead carrier RFP processes, negotiations, and partnership management.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and processes to improve team speed and capability.
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams to integrate logistics cost perspectives into product design.
