Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role

Infinitesima is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead the flow of materials, components, and information across their global supply chain. This hands-on role blends strategic planning with operational delivery to ensure material availability and mitigate supply chain risks. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Stores, and Finance to support the development of advanced nanometrology systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics activities across suppliers, production and customer delivery
• Reviewing MRP outputs, supplier schedules, material shortages and inventory levels
• Identifying supply risks and implementing recovery plans before they impact operations
• Maintaining accurate forecasts, material plans and delivery schedules
• Providing clear updates to stakeholders on risks, constraints and supply status
• Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure supply chain performance and drive improvement
• Negotiating pricing, lead times, payment terms and commercial agreements
• Monitoring supplier performance and leading regular business reviews
• Managing supplier escalations and driving corrective actions where required
• Supporting supplier audits, development activities and improvement initiatives
• Developing alternative sourcing strategies to reduce risk and improve resilience
• Working closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve supplier-related issues
