About the role
The Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager will lead supply chain operations for the Quantum Networking & Security division, ensuring reliable production planning and material availability. This role involves managing ERP/MRP processes across multiple manufacturing sites and leading a team of planners and warehouse specialists. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to drive standardization and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receive and validate sales forecasts for completeness, consistency, and feasibility.
- Translate customer demand into capacity and material plans across sites.
- Lead demand and supply reviews to identify gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Procurement to manage material availability, lead times, and supply risks.
- Define and optimize inventory targets and policies to balance service levels with working capital.
- Lead and develop a distributed team of demand planning and warehouse specialists.
- Act as a subject matter expert for MRP/ERP systems and drive configuration improvements.
- Prepare and deliver production and delivery forecasts to Finance.
