About the role

The trainee program offers a four-month intensive training period to prepare graduates for a career as an SAP consultant. Participants will engage in SAP training, certifications, and soft-skill development while working on international transformation projects for global market leaders. The role involves choosing a specialization in either technical system landscape transformation or classic ERP process consulting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a four-month trainee program at the Heidelberg location
• Engage in international transformation projects for global market leaders
• Gain practical experience from the first day with the support of a mentor
• Attend the SAP Academy in Walldorf to obtain SAP certifications
• Develop professional and technical skills to progress toward future leadership roles
