Lead Consultant SAP Architecture

About the role

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a central role in customer projects by bridging the gap between clients, consulting teams, and nearshore architects. You will provide technical leadership, establish clear structures, and ensure that technical concepts are successfully implemented. Your goal is to align project stakeholders and ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and integrated into existing SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer projects and ensure alignment between requirements, architecture, and implementation.
• Coordinate with nearshore teams, establishing clear responsibilities and ensuring architectural decisions are actionable.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and facilitate communication between clients, onshore consulting, and nearshore teams.
• Ensure technical quality by moderating architectural decisions and validating scalability and sustainability.
• Resolve technical or organizational blockers by bringing the right people together and developing pragmatic solutions.
• Establish best practices for nearshore collaboration and contribute to the continuous development of delivery and architecture expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or comparable in complex SAP projects
• Experience in the professional leadership and management of developers, consultants, or architects
