About the role

The Commercial Director will lead and optimize the commercial activities of multiple eye centers in Bern. This role involves strategic oversight, performance management, and team leadership to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and enhance patient satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical specialists and operations leadership, to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial operations of multiple centers while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor operational performance indicators including patient satisfaction, financial metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and define goals to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Formulate regional strategic plans aligned with overall business objectives in collaboration with the Head of Operations and local medical staff.
  • Identify and capitalize on regional growth opportunities and contribute to marketing strategies to increase market share.
