About the role

The Senior People Operations Partner will help develop scalable people processes and ensure operational excellence within a growing group. The role focuses on creating clear standards, efficient systems, and collaborating with subsidiaries and central holding functions to support a modern buy-and-build platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop people operations processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Build scalable structures to support growth, integration, and operational excellence.
• Analyze people metrics and identify optimization potential.
• Optimize existing processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Drive the digitalization of the people landscape and establish group-wide standards.
• Support the integration of new subsidiaries into existing people operations structures.
• Advise management and stakeholders on operational people topics.
