About the role

The Responsable Comptable et Paies will manage the full accounting cycle and payroll operations for the organization. Reporting to the General Management, this role involves preparing financial statements for external accountants and ensuring compliance with fiscal and social regulations. The position is essential for maintaining the financial health and analytical accounting of the company's various activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle from data entry to balance sheet preparation.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for the external accountant to finalize accounts.
• Oversee payroll processing and manage paid leave tracking using the SILAE software.
• Implement and monitor analytical accounting for various business activities.
