About the role

Veepee is seeking a passionate Accounting Process & Tools Manager to transform accounting operations. This strategic role combines accounting expertise with project management and leadership to optimize and ensure the reliability of processes and tools, particularly within supplier accounting and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy an ambitious roadmap for optimization projects in collaboration with Tech teams.
• Analyze needs, define target processes, and lead workflow automation.
• Identify and analyze improvement opportunities, proposing innovative solutions including AI or tool development.
• Manage, lead, and develop a team dedicated to change management, training, and functional support.
• Formalize and implement operational controls and accounting schemes while serving as a key contact for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Higher degree in Accounting (BAC+2 minimum)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
