Customer Director Consulting - Utilities

About the role

As a Customer Director Consulting, you will act as the bridge between strategy, technology, and execution within the Dutch energy sector. You will help leading utilities solve mission-critical challenges and translate their ambitions into concrete, actionable transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and stakeholder engagement at TSOs, DSOs, and energy companies.
• Advise C-level and executive management, translating strategic plans into measurable transformation programs.
• Analyze complex business and technical challenges, such as grid congestion, IT/OT integration, and asset management digital transformation.
• Design and implement solutions using digital technologies like data platforms, IoT, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Build and leverage strategic partnerships with advisors and technology partners in the utilities ecosystem.
• Work hands-on with multidisciplinary teams to foster sector knowledge and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in the energy/utilities sector
• Deep knowledge of the Dutch TSO/DSO landscape, sector regulation, and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
