Impact Producer

About the role

The Impact Producer will own the external storytelling and event presence for the ElevenLabs Impact Program. This role coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production to democratize access to AI technology. You will build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies, including onsite filming and collaboration with external production teams.
• Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations to drive ROI and brand presence.
• Support Comms in PR efforts, managing press windows and partner announcements.
• Partner with the Design team to ensure all video and static collateral maintains brand standards.
• Draft copy for social and blog content while collaborating with Comms and Design.
• Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events simultaneously.
