Business Coordinator

About the role

The Business Coordinator will work closely with the division and sales management to support the steering, development, and expansion of the business. This role acts as a central interface between sales, operations, clients, and internal departments to ensure efficient project and tender management. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and support complex facility management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with division and sales management to coordinate complex tender and proposal processes from inquiry to submission.
• Support the management team with organizational, commercial, and sales-related tasks.
• Coordinate and track internal processes related to client projects, tenders, and sales activities.
• Obtain and align quotes from external partners and subcontractors for calculation and proposal support.
• Conduct market, client, and competitor research and assist with due diligence.
• Assist in the creation of professional proposal and presentation materials for client meetings and site visits.
