Senior Product Designer

About the role

EverAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI companionship. You will work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, and monetization flows, while collaborating with product managers and engineers to solve complex challenges. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to contribute original ideas that enhance user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content to support product exploration and marketing surfaces
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts through proactive exploration
• Operate comfortably close to engineering constraints and implementation realities
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
