Senior Product Designer

About the role

You will lead product design for a defined area across mobile and web, shaping how users understand and improve their financial health. This role involves owning the design process from research and prototyping to delivery, with a focus on simplifying complex financial data. You will work in a cross-functional team to integrate AI into products and design workflows while maintaining a strong research-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for a defined area across mobile and web.
• Plan and conduct customer research, interviews and usability testing.
• Translate qualitative research and behavioural data into clear product decisions.
• Create user flows, interaction models, prototypes and polished product experiences in Figma.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable and implemented with high quality.
• Partner with Product and Data to define success metrics and evaluate the impact of shipped work.
• Contribute to and improve reusable patterns and the design system.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping and documentation.

Qualifications
