About the role

The GlasfaserPlus IT Services GmbH supports the nationwide fiber optic expansion in Germany. As a student assistant in the Rollout Operations Office, you will support the structured planning, control, and documentation of expansion projects, specifically focusing on crossing management and conduit leasing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and complete crossing data in the internal project management tool
• Reconcile system data with project documents and SharePoint records
• Prepare and manage conduit requests in the service provider system
• Monitor and track SLAs for infrastructure requests
• Research and document infrastructure information using the BNetzA infrastructure atlas
• Manage the team mailbox and support structured documentation of processes
