About the role

The student will support the HR and Business Development teams by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and optimizing onboarding structures. Additionally, the role involves fostering company culture through event planning and assisting with strategic business development research and analysis. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability within the textile industry while gaining hands-on experience in a growing start-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting and screening to interview participation.
• Develop and improve HR structures, including interview guides, case studies, and onboarding processes.
• Plan and organize team events and employee celebrations to strengthen company culture.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic business concepts.
• Provide administrative support for daily operations and organizational tasks.
