Senior Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

Guidepoint is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to help establish their new UK office in Manchester. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate, and business functions while developing the company's UK campus recruitment programme. You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and represent the company at university events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with UK universities, careers teams and student organisations.
• Represent Guidepoint at careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination and offer processes.
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and share best practice.
