Senior GTM Talent Partner

About the role

The Rec Hub is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support a client with hiring across EMEA, specifically focusing on go-to-market and sales roles. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to the business to source top talent, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure high-quality hires. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract requiring a presence in the Berlin office three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
• Manage recruitment data to assist hiring managers in decision-making
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes
• Develop recruitment strategies to support hiring over the next 12 months
