About the role

1Komma5Grad is building an intelligent energy system using their Heartbeat AI platform to integrate solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility. As Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market Director, you will serve as the operational backbone, managing the rhythm of the director's agenda and ensuring cross-functional initiatives remain on track. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational rhythm of the Go-to-Market Director's agenda and translate strategic priorities into concrete plans.
• Track performance data and KPIs across all markets to surface actionable insights.
• Design project management architecture, systems, and processes to support multi-market initiatives.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Act as a trusted representative for the Go-to-Market Director in internal communications.
