About the role

The collana health AG acts as a digital competence center for the Swiss healthcare sector, supporting hospitals and clinics through all phases of digitalization. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead IT transformation projects, provide strategic advice, and manage the implementation of complex IT solutions. You will act as a key interface between technical teams and healthcare clients to improve efficiency and process quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and IT projects within the healthcare sector.
• Provide strategic and operational consulting to hospitals, clinics, and care institutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis, process design, and conceptualization of IT solutions including ERP and system integration.
• Manage pre-sales activities, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure technical and functional quality through test management and change management.
• Facilitate the transition of solutions into operations and managed services.
