Senior Product Manager

About the role

Nelly is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a product domain end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, and roadmaps. You will work in a high-velocity environment to solve complex administrative challenges for European healthcare through an AI-driven financial operating system. The role requires a data-driven approach to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain end to end: its strategy, metrics and roadmap, tied to real practice value and to how Nelly makes money
• Run mixed-method discovery and turn it into sharp, sequenced bets you can defend
• Proactively find the problems worth solving in and around your domain, size them, and build the case to prioritise them
• Drive prioritisation and delivery with engineering and design — the trade-offs, the milestones, the scope calls
• Hold an end-to-end model of your domain and be a credible partner to engineering on it
• Build alignment across functions and with leadership
