About the role
ElevenLabs is seeking a Self-Serve Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers. You will be responsible for driving revenue, growth, and adoption by defining big bets and shipping them quickly within a high-velocity, collaborative team. This role requires a focus on the entire user journey, from discovery and onboarding to retention and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative by utilizing product, pricing, onboarding, and go-to-market levers.
- Scope and define strategic projects across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
- Drive adoption of new platform experiences by helping users expand their usage across the full product suite.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features quickly, including creating early concept mockups.
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams to manage product launches and user acquisition moments.
- Define and track success metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans.
- Conduct regular user research with creators and marketers to gather insights and improve product performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
