Chief of Staff

About the role

Doctorflix is a VC-funded startup building a leading digital platform for medical education in the DACH region. As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founders to transform strategy into operational systems, scale processes, and lead strategic projects including M&A and international expansion. This role requires a hands-on operator who can build, automate, and drive organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Redesign core business processes including sales, content production, and reporting to ensure scalability.
• Establish and manage the operating rhythm, including OKR processes, KPI reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Lead the AI-native agenda by identifying, building, and monitoring automation workflows and LLM-based agents.
• Manage M&A activities from due diligence through to post-merger integration.
• Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and the preparation of board materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams and projects to ensure ambitious goals are met.
