About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will take operational responsibility for construction sites and ensure smooth daily processes. You will lead your team, coordinate with internal departments, and continuously develop existing operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operative control and coordination of construction sites to ensure timely and high-quality implementation
• Leadership and development of your operational team
• Responsibility for deployment planning, prioritization, and tracking of ongoing construction sites
• Responsibility for controlling, reporting, and analysis of relevant KPIs
• Ensuring a structured training process for new employees on-site
• Close cooperation with management and continuous development of operational processes
