Operations Manager – Process Excellence & Automation

About the role

Enpal is looking for an Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of processes and drive operational efficiency through automation. You will identify process gaps, implement data-driven workflows, and work hands-on to resolve complex operational challenges. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Customer Success, and Finance to scale operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of operational processes and improve their scalability.
• Identify manual tasks and process gaps to develop pragmatic automation solutions.
• Design and implement data-driven workflows and tools to increase efficiency.
• Manage complex cases and edge cases through hands-on operational involvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Quality Management, Finance, and Accounting teams.
