About the role

The Senior Payroll Accountant will play a central role in the payroll team, responsible for managing payroll for the Arsipa Holding and over 20 subsidiaries. This role ensures reliable, compliant, and efficient payroll processing for over 1,000 employees while continuously developing and digitalizing payroll processes. You will work closely with the Lead Payroll to harmonize structures within a rapidly growing group.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll for defined companies within the group using DATEV Lohn & Gehalt.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant payroll processing.
• Handle inquiries related to wage tax, social security, and payroll.
• Prepare certificates, reports, and payroll-related documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and People Operations.
• Communicate with health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development, harmonization, and digitalization of group-wide payroll processes.
