Staff Product Manager, SEO and AI Visibility

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the SEO and AI visibility strategy for a platform supporting over 20,000 real estate websites. You will own the product roadmap for organic discovery, ensuring that technical foundations, page performance, and AI search integration are optimized across the entire fleet. This role requires a strategic leader who can ship solutions alongside engineering teams to drive measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Manage technical foundations including crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance.
• Productize solutions for recurring issues through automation, shared capabilities, and platform-level defaults.
• Optimize client brands and listings for AI assistants and define metrics for visibility across answer engines.
• Run a rigorous experimentation program to prove incremental impact on representative cohorts of sites.
• Oversee migration quality and regression prevention through standardized acceptance criteria and automated checks.
• Partner with platform engineering teams to ensure search is integrated into the next generation of website architecture.
• Set and report on platform-level goals for organic performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications
