SEO Manager, EU/UK

About the role

Quince is seeking an SEO Manager to own the organic strategy for European markets, including the UK. This hands-on role involves translating global technical standards into a regional strategy, driving answer engine optimization, and collaborating across teams to scale organic growth. You will build the European playbook from the ground up, focusing on market-specific search demand and international search architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK/EU SEO & AEO strategy and maintain a market-level roadmap.
• Partner with the global SEO team to apply technical standards and flag regional requirements.
• Drive answer engine optimization across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Collaborate with copywriting and localisation teams to target genuine local search demand.
• Manage international search architecture including hreflang, URL structure, and canonical logic.
• Influence storefront merchandising, taxonomy, and site navigation to improve organic discovery.
• Measure, report, and build the business case for organic investment to leadership.
