Staff Product Manager, SEO and AI Visibility

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the SEO and AI visibility strategy for a platform supporting over 20,000 real estate websites. You will own the product roadmap, technical foundations, and experimentation programs to ensure client sites remain discoverable by both traditional search engines and emerging AI agents. This role requires a strategic leader who can ship solutions alongside engineering teams to drive organic growth and client outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform.
• Manage technical foundations including crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, structured data, and page performance.
• Productize recurring issues through better defaults, automation, and shared capabilities.
• Optimize client brands and listings for AI assistants and define measurement standards for visibility across answer engines.
• Execute a rigorous experimentation program using cohort testing to establish incremental impact.
• Oversee migration quality and regression prevention through automated checks and standards.
• Partner with website platform teams to integrate search design from the start and report platform-level goals to leadership.
