About the role

The Career Development Executive is responsible for connecting with prospective students to identify their upskilling needs and provide detailed information about educational programs. This role involves managing a pipeline of leads and conducting counselling sessions via phone or video to meet enrolment targets.

Responsibilities

• Connect with at least 80 prospective students daily using the CRM database
• Identify student needs for upskilling based on their areas of interest
• Provide detailed information about programs through phone or video counselling
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets
