Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - Data Center

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an expert Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs with third-party companies. The role involves defining strategy for integrating NVIDIA platforms and software solutions into AI deployments, from initial proof-of-concept through to production service. Success requires a data-driven approach, strong leadership, and the ability to manage technical and logistical challenges across engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and tactics for integrating NVIDIA platforms and software solutions for complex AI deployments.
• Scope projects, assemble support teams, and develop joint project schedules with customers.
• Lead engineering design reviews and drive the resolution of blocking issues or bugs.
• Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and assign them to relevant functional areas.
• Communicate program status and key issues to internal senior executive teams and customers.
• Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering discussions.
